Q. What types of appliances do you service?

A. We service all brands of major home appliances including Washers, Dryers, Dishwashers, Disposals, Refrigerators, Ovens, Ranges and Microwaves.

Q. How long will it take to schedule an appointment?

A. Most calls are answered, and scheduled, immediately during normal business hours. If a technicians response is necessary, your call will be returned as soon as possible.

Q. How do I know when you will arrive?

A. Your time is important to us. All appointments are scheduled with you for a two hour time window. We will call you in advance of our arrival if you request it.

Q. How do you charge?

A. Our service call includes any time necessary to diagnose the problem, and give you a repair quote. Our labor charges are based on the national flat rate system where everyone pays the same for identical repairs.

Q. How do I know if my appliance is worth repairing?

A. If in our opinion, the age or condition of the appliance does not permit a reasonable expectation of continued reliable service, we will suggest you not repair the machine. In this case you will only owe for the service call charge.
